There are 6 main issues people complain about

There are 6 main issues that people often complain of, but feel helpless to do anything about.

The Greene’s Release materials show us how we can change any circumstance in our life by reawakening our innate skills that have been restricted by our fears and beliefs, then applying them alongside the Greene’s Release Technique to completely and permanently dis-solve any issue.

Do you dwell on problems without finding answers?

Rather than use our valuable time to continually rehash problems and issues, we can stop and remind ourselves to feel, listen and resolve the issue completely, using an easy method called the Greene’s Release Technique.

Can you imagine how much free time you will have when you have no problems to think about? What might you do? Perhaps dream and create wonderful future experiences to have.

Do you feel bad about yourself without knowing how to change the way you feel?

Every single thing we think about ourselves is something someone else told us to believe. Now that we know this, we can use the Greene’s Release Technique to release these false beliefs and replace them with our own very special ones.

Imagine how different your life will be when all of the negative things you say to yourself are gone. Imagine feeling good about you!

Do you watch nightmare situations happen without feeling like you have any control to stop or change them?

There is a reason for every situation and experience, therefore we can decide that we never wish to experience them again, and permanently remove the reasons why they occur with the Greene’s Release Technique.

Do you feel sad because you don’t have the things you want, but have no idea how to get them, or belief that you actually can get what you want?

Using simple techniques, we can discover the things that we truly want from deep inside, plan a dream life, and then remove all obstacles that prevent their becoming our reality.

Do you feel, then tuck your strong emotions away without realizing the impact they have on your physical and emotional health and well-being?

When we don’t allow ourselves to feel, our body does it for us. That is why we feel the physical pain of our emotional pain. When we allow ourselves to feel deeply, we are then able to finish with experiences and permanently release the emotion.

Have you ever used drugs, medication, alcohol, depression, smoking, eating, gambling or thoughts of suicide to try and escape your life, because you don’t realize that you have any control of the life you live?

It is natural to become overwhelmed when we live lives of pain and despair, but then cannot find a way out. We can release the overwhelming emotions and fear, then work to heal and create the life that will make us smile rather than want to run.

Why You Get Angry With Your Child & What You Can Do About It

Thank you for wanting to understand, heal your anger, and have the loving relationship with your child that you have dream of.

I have written this article just for you, because after successfully working with angry parents from around the world, I wanted to make sure that every parent who wants to resolve their anger is given the tools to do so – for the children – for themselves – for their spouse.

The anger cycle stops here!

While Why You Get So Angry and What You Can Do About It is an in depth article about anger – this article relates that information specifically to parenting issues so you can put some of the pieces together and make a plan to end your anger.

Take Charge

The good news is that you can decide to take charge and stop the anger cycle right now, before doing any work at all.

I have included several methods to temporarily calm and silence overwhelming anger responses at the bottom of this article. These methods are for you to use whenever necessary, while you resolve the underlying cause of your anger.

You never have to have an angry outburst at your child again!

You Are Angry Because

Anger is your dominant emotional response to life stresses (triggers) – it is your way of coping. Therefore, whenever you have an automatic response to life events, yours is more than likely going to automatically be anger.

Angry responses may be a familiar strategy, or something quite new and surprising – people often say their anger heightened after the birth of a child, starting a new job, death of a family member, or some other life change.

Whatever the reason, anger is currently how you respond to any emotional stress.

The Angry Parent

The angry parent is overwhelmed by emotions – frustration, anger at themselves, anger at the world, guilt, regret, fear and confusion to name a few.

They talk about an explosion of anger that comes out of nowhere – they have no idea where it comes from or how to control it. Often they don’t even know what they’re angry about – they just feel angry and react to that overwhelming emotion.

This explosion is like the lid comes off the pot and the anger bursts out, right?

This is because your storage bin is full – full of hurt, full of pain, full of emotions, full of the stresses of life, and there isn’t room for one more thing – that one more thing makes it burst – and you just explode uncontrollably.

Emotional Stress

Becoming a parent adds significantly more stress to an already overstressed system.

  • The Birth of a New Child can be a very overwhelming time for many parents – unsure of what to do, general sense of inadequacy, unable to sooth a crying baby, an unwell child, hormonal changes, sleep deprivation. Being a parent means you can’t just take a time out – to relax, de-stress, get some much needed stress.

Your anger is your way of screaming out – “I’m not coping!”

  • Overwhelmed By Life. Working full time, taking care of the home and family, bills, errands, spouse, and children is more than a full time job – there aren’t enough hours in the day to do all that needs to be done, so your mind goes into overdrive, constantly reminding you of what still has to be done.

Becoming a parent naturally triggers all kinds of automatic reactions and painful memories from our own childhood – often without our realizing.

  • Mirrors. You see yourself in your child’s behaviors and automatically react – often without any realization.

When we come face to face with physical characteristics or behaviors that are the same as those we dislike about ourselves, we automatically react – often without understanding why, or even realizing that we are reacting.

This is why fathers are often so hard on their sons. They try to toughen up their sons so they won’t be weaklings or cry babies, or thoroughly dislike certain characteristics of their children – and tell them so.

Realize that it is nothing to do with the child’s behavior, but instead what that situation triggers inside you!
  • Memories Certain situations trigger the emotions of our painful memories that we have kept stored deep inside, and if unresolved, can overwhelm us – again, with or without our knowledge.
    • Just looking at your new baby can remind you of horrific abuse, or bring up those same paralyzing feeling and emotions.
    • Your child reaching the age you were when a dramatic event happened can be a strong trigger.
    • You may fear that you will harm your child like your parent did.
    • Or even something as simple as your child behaving in ways that led to an unpleasant event during your childhood can trigger you – after walking across a neighbor’s lawn instead of on the footpath you were yelled at by the neighbor and still feel the fear.

Why Do I Lash Out At My Child

Parenting is stressful – you are responsible for a life 24/7. That child is always there – demanding attention, demanding care, demanding your time and effort when you are already so full that you don’t have anything to give.

You respond to stress with anger.

Your child is always right there in front of you – whether you are in a good mood or a bad mood, whether you have had a good nights sleep or not, whether you are exhausted after a long day at work, or have spent all day cleaning and running errands – that child is there triggering you constantly.

Your child is in the wrong place at the wrong time – when you are responding to stress with your automatic emotion – anger.

Parenting requires patience. Patience requires calm. Your repressed emotions are the opposite of calm, so patience is virtually impossible for you right now.

Your Story Of Anger

Take a look at the sections titled Understand Your Anger, Why Do I Get So Angry?, and the Self Test – Is Anger Controlling Your Life? in Why You Get So Angry and What You Can Do About It.

Think about your past, your life, and the part anger plays in it. See if you can build a general understanding of anger and your life – the story.

The Children

There is one issue that has not been addressed yet – the innocent victims of your angry outbursts.

Were you ever chastised or yelled at by an adult when you were a child? Can you remember how it made you feel – the fear, worry, insecurity? Think back on one event right now, and let yourself feel it. Can you feel it? Good!

This is what you are doing to your child!
This is how you are making your child feel!

You have to be strong, decide that this is not acceptable, and never hurt your child again. This has to be your focus. This has to be your motivation. This podcast will help you reach this decision.

Don’t worry about how to do it, that’s the easy part – we’ll walk you through every step. Don’t let any mind chatter stop you from doing this!

Healing The Cause Of Anger

“I realized that his particular behavior was a trigger and he wasn’t the issue. After lifting layer after layer I realized that I
had been suppressing
all this pain. It all amounted to childhood pain – so much of it
– gosh I had no idea.”

Greene’s Release Result

The base cause of the anger that is destroying your life lays deep inside you – beyond your everyday awareness.

It stems from your painful memories, your hurts and fears, and the dysfunctional core beliefs
that you developed as a child.

Heal Your Self: A Journey to Find You will
gently guide you with simple steps and hands on activities, to be able to go beyond your problem solving mindset, into a space where the answers come to you – and you can completely and permanently resolve and dissolve the cause of your anger with a very easy technique called
The Greene’s Release technique.

Once you experience it first hand it won’t seem impossible or complicated at all – as you can see by the comments people make.

The results amaze me every single time!

Take Charge Exercises

These 7 exercises will temporarily calm and silence overwhelming anger responses. They are not a solution to your anger, but alleviate it while you do the work to resolve its cause.

Understanding
Now that you understand emotions, and how your anger is an emotional response, it’s control will be lessened.

Spend an entire day becoming more aware of how you feel, and noticing the triggers that evoke your anger. The more you become aware and understand that what you are feeling is merely a response, you can decide to silence it.

Stop Building Angry Emotions With Your Thoughts
Have you ever noticed the thoughts that race through your mind before you explode?

Perhaps they begin when you walk in the door to a messy house, and accelerate when you see that none of the children have been bathed, and dinner was forgotten.

You build your angry emotions with the things you think about. While you are doing the work to resolve the cause of these unpleasant circumstances and your anger, decide to limit the time you spend dwelling on things.

Silence the Mind Chatter
Your mind chatter is an expression of your inner fears and worries. The very things that you will be resolving with Greene’s Release.

Use our Mind Chatter Success Tip to silence all negative mind chatter that evokes angry feelings.

Shut Down Emotions
You can deliberately shut down emotions by jumping into your logical mind. All you need do is say and write the 6 times table back and forth several times – intently to really get your logical mind kicked in. Then do something that uses your logical mind – pay bills, read an interesting book, do housework, or even read a story to your children – anything that you have to think about while doing.

Our 5th Meditation: Relaxation Podcast shows you how to jump between your thinking, emotional, and free spirit self.

Safe Expression
Make a plan for the times that anger takes over, being careful to include what to do in various situations – at home, in the store, visiting friends, driving.

Example: Okay, so you are about to explode. Put the children somewhere safe, walk out of the room, and lock yourself in the bathroom. Now scream as loudly as you can, scream out your anger, let it all flow freely.

You could use a pillow over your face if making noise is a problem, get in your car, drive down to the park, and scream it all out.

Create safe ways for you to express your anger – privately.

Make A List
It is perfectly natural to be unhappy and angry about your life.

Greene’s Release is going to show you how to turn everything into its opposite, so rather than stewing on the things that annoy you, write them down in a list – then add their exact opposite. Think about this opposite, what it will be like to live, and let it be your focus to build your motivation and determination to do the work.

Take A Break
Your life is stressful and you have had enough – so how about taking a 30 minute stress break from your life every single day.

Our series of 6 Meditation: Relaxation Podcasts will show you how to bring some calm into your life then have you floating away in relaxation.

Take the first step today to end your anger! Begin With A Small Step and then order Heal Your Self: A Journey to Find You.

Heal Post Traumatic Stress with the Greene’s Release Program

PTSD Relief   Stats   Traditional View   Alternative View

The Greene’s Release Technique lets you access and neutralize
the source of your emotional distress -
the stored memory of the Actual Traumatic Event!

“Simply put, PTSD is a state in which you can’t stop remembering or reliving the emotions of a traumatic event or experience.”

Post Traumatic Stress is a normal reaction to an abnormal situation or terrifying experience – your ‘being’ is shocked to the core. The events that trigger PTSD range from car accidents, sexual assault, natural disasters (hurricane, tornado, flood), to military service.

Post traumatic stress disorder interferes with your normal day-to-day life because of heightened anxiety levels.

  • Your anxiety levels may have remained on high alert from the date of the incident.
  • You may relive the event in your dreams every night.
  • It may be many months after the ordeal when you feel like your life is just getting back to normal when a heavy rain (after surviving a hurricane), hearing a car door (after leaving an abusive spouse), or even the telephone ringing (after a family tragedy) triggers you and your heart races, your body starts shaking and you are literally terrified, all over again.

Post traumatic stress makes you feel like a scared rabbit. It is a very uncomfortable condition to live with.

Greene’s Release Offers 2 Options to Resolve Post Traumatic Stress

While the initial event and coping with its repercussions is very traumatic, healing the 3 components of Post Traumatic Stress is a relatively straight forward process.

How Your Past Shapes Your Experience of Life, and What You Can Do About It

The life you live today is a reflection of your past – yet there is a wonderful future waiting for you!

Whether you realize it or not, your unconscious mind stores all memories,
to form part of your internal ‘guide to life
– telling you what to expect, how to behave and react to the world.

The key to stop the impact of past experiences is to access and resolve them directly in the unconscious mind
- which is what Greene’s Release specializes in.

You will discover that the past is not complicated at all, but instead simple, and extremely easy to access and heal.

“What do I do about family members who can’t believe the change?
My hubby said “Where’s my angry wife gone?”
and my son said “Mum’s been taken away by an alien.”

Even I can’t believe the change in me, it’s wonderful,
a relaxed and happy environment at last.

Facts and Fallacies About The Past

“For the last 15 years, I wake up every morning and think about my wife and the life I had. It breaks my heart each morning.

I want to stop feeling this pain, but don’t know how.”

1. The past is stored within.

Your unconscious mind acts as a memory keeper, storing every thought, feeling, emotion, conclusion (core belief), and circumstance.

2. You are the sum of your past experiences. Your life is the sum of your past experiences.

What else could you be?

Those events happened – of course they shaped your internal world views and perceptions of yourself, and people in general.

If you had a painful relationship or marriage breakup, you naturally concluded (creating the core belief) that men or women cannot be trusted, that you don’t deserve love, that you aren’t loveable, that love hurts, and many more.

“I don’t enjoy having sex because every time I try to make love I feel like I’m reliving it – and afterwards I feel ashamed and gross.

I can’t even wear tight clothes because I just always feel like I have hands all over me.”

If you were abused, you naturally concluded (creating the core belief) that the world is unsafe and a scary place, that men, women, or adults in general could not be trusted, that you were the only one you could trust and depend on, and many more.

You live the conclusions that you formed about your life experiences.

That is what this stage of life is. Living the experiences and core beliefs first hand.

3. Every emotional response to painful experiences is stored within you.

It may be 5, 10 or even 50 years later and you wonder why you still feel the emotion as strongly today as the day of the event – thinking there must be something wrong with you, or perhaps hating yourself for acting in such a silly way.

There is nothing abnormal or wrong with you.

4. These emotions and memories are stored in your unconscious mind to act as protectors.

They are merely trying to prevent your having to endure another horrific experience, so they jump up to warn of the possibility of impending danger or repeat situation. They are just trying to stop you from hurting.

“It just feels like there’s nothing left in there. I just feel quiet inside.”

Greene’s Release Result

5. You can heal the past and dissolve its impact on your life today.

When you access and release the emotional component of the actual memory, it is as though you re-write the past – literally dissolving the painful emotions and the thoughts that accompany them.

The Past Guilt Trip

“Losers live in the past.”
Denis Waitley

“The past is over and gone. The future is not guaranteed.”
Wayne dyer.

Of course people who do not know how to heal the past say that it is impossible to do – that is their truth!

When they say “you can’t heal the past”, what they are really saying is “I can’t heal the past” or “I don’t know how to heal the past.”

Why Do Some People Get Over’ Their Past And Others Don’t?

“I’ve never felt this ever before, and I had counseling for the abuse and thought that was all in order. I couldn’t believe when I started to cry because I really thought I’d dealt with it. Now I feel empty like something’s missing inside me Yikes! Wow, that is amazing!”

Greene’s Release Result

People neither understand, or know how to deal with emotions in general. Spontaneous emotional responses to unpleasant experiences make us feel bad, therefore it makes logical sense to want to repress this symptom since we don’t know how to heal it.

So we distract or tell ourselves to “get over it”. Some people overeat, cut themselves, use prescription, illegal drugs or even alcohol and depression to dull their senses – all attempting to not feel the pain.

Dealing with the symptoms has become a whole way of life for many people. Counseling, meditating, affirmations, intellectualizing – all aimed at avoiding or silencing the symptom – emotional pain.

People “think” they are over their past, but it is easy to know for sure.

Are you successful, is your life happy and fulfilling, do you love and feel good about yourself, is your life filled with drama and uncertainty?

If you are not living the life you desire, then get out a notebook and make a list of your past experiences – they are the reasons for your current life!

Why Can’t I ‘Get Over‘ My Past?

“Realize that it cannot be changed – The most sobering thing about the past is that it cannot be changed. Things have already happened. And seeing as there is no way to travel back in time, there is no way to change the past.
Learn to accept it.”
Psychology Website

This belief is why most people don’t even attempt to get over their past.

You are told to “learn to accept it” – but it is impossible to just accept the events that occurred, as if they didn’t matter. It is impossible to tell yourself not to feel the emotional pain that you endured, and still do.

Many people hold onto the anger, resentment, and feel that until there is some form of justice or acknowledgment, that they must hold onto it – otherwise they are saying that it was okay that this happened to them. When it wasn’t and could never be okay.

People face a no win situation, so the best they can hope for is to find strategies to “suppress the pain” and “get on with their lives as best as they can.

Grief is the perfect example. These people are told up front “you’ll never get over it“, so they automatically conclude this is a fact of life (creating a core belief to live by), and cannot even contemplate that there is a way to overcome their pain – as this contradicts what they know to be truth (their core belief).

Decide To Heal Your Past

“You know I’ve been asking for healing for this – in my mind and heart.

So neat that it manifests now… like this. I am really quite impressed!”

Greene’s Release Result

All it takes is one decision, to totally transform your life!

Have you ever woken up and heard a decision come to mind out of the blue. “I am going to get a new job”, “I am going to move out of my parents house”, “I am going to change my life”, and you did it.

These decisions are spontaneous statements of intent. They are statements of what has to become your reality, no questions, no doubts. They are what you have decided has to be, so they are naturally fulfilled.

Are you ready to change your life? Are you ready to reach your spontaneous decision that enough is enough? Are you ready to claim the exact opposite life? This podcast will help you reach this decision.

You CAN Heal Your Past

The question is not “How can you get over the past?”, but rather “Are you ready to get over your past?

You see, while it is quite possible and rather easy to heal the past when you know how, doing so requires you to be ready and prepared to do whatever you need to – because you have to do this – for yourself – for your future.

While an outside person(s) treated you badly, and left you feeling sad, dis-empowered, and with a poor self-image – by helping yourself to heal and regain your belief in you, you have the opportunity to teach yourself how special you really are – from the inside out – the exact opposite of what the other person taught you.

Before Release: “I am terrified of being alone (as i have a tenancy to self harm) and don’t know how I can get through this.

After Release: Now it just feels like there’s nothing left in there. I just feel quiet inside.

I’m seeing images of things that happened but no real emotion reacting to them.

It’s so easy. haha I feel a lot better actually. I don’t feel anything really – just peaceful and happy. Years of therapy and medication never made me feel this good”

Greene’s Release Result

The good news is that there is no need to forgive, tell yourself to “get over it“, understand past events, try not to think about them, or even decide that you have to look at your past in a different way.

It is much easier and far less painful to permanently and completely heal your past with the Greene’s Release technique than it is to intellectualize and worry about healing it.

The key to healing your past (as the comments you read demonstrate), is the Greene’s Release technique’s ability to walk right into the unconscious mind and resolve and dissolve all attachments to the memory (there are no words to describe this).

Take a look at some comments of participants who completely healed child abuse – the results amaze me every single time!

I am so confident in the Greene’s Release technique’s ability to heal and release child abuse, phobias, pet bereavement and post traumatic stress in just 2 sessions – they are Guaranteed – or your money back!!

Of course our workbook Heal Your Self, which includes the Greene’s Release technique, also shows you how to heal the past as part of transforming your entire life.

If you go through the workbook and have any difficulty releasing your past, email us at info[at]greenesrelease.com – we will be happy to either set up a free group workshop to go over the process, or personally lead you through a release – so you are able to release anything from your past.

Fear Of Addressing The Past

Before Release:To face the abuse scares me. I survived it once. I don’t ever want to face it again.”

After Release:I think it is gone, feels empty. That was miraculous!
It is most amazing.

Greene’s Release Result

The mere thought of dredging up your past may be sending you into a panic attack right now – relax, it is not what you think!

The anxiety you feel right now shows that you are not ready to heal your past yet. Of course you are not – you haven’t learned how.

So let the idea of facing and healing your past horrors go completely, and think of it this way. The Greene’s Release materials gently guide you to change everything about your life – not just past experiences – beginning with waking up your awareness; how you think, feel and enjoy each day. By the time you face your past issues, you will have learned a set of tools that allow you to confidentially walk into your unconscious mind and heal your past experiences – easily, while in total control and without fear.

There is no need to worry about facing your past now – you will do this when fully able and ready.

The Greene’s Release workbook materials not only speed up the process of healing your past, but take you through the process step-by-step.

Helping you become more consciously aware of your stored memories, and relieving the emotional charge allows you to view your life from an outside perspective – without the emotional triggers, you can ‘do the healing work’ calmly and easily.

You CAN do this. You CAN heal your past. There is no reason for you to continually live with this pain. All it takes is 30 minutes a day to heal and gain control over all aspects of your life.

If you’d like to experience the kind of dramatic, positive change the Greene’s Release materials can create in your life, take a look some workbook excerpts then order Heal Your Self: A Journey to Find You workbook today and take the first step to change your life.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Stats

PTSD Relief   Stats   Traditional View   Alternative View

According to the psychiatric community, PTSD is an environmental shock that changes your brain, and ‘scientists’ do not know if it is reversible. The prevalence is far greater than people realize. Research indicates:

  • In the United States, 60% of men and 50% of women experience a traumatic event during their lifetimes. Of those, 8% of men and 20% of women may develop PTSD. A higher proportion of people who are raped develop PTSD than those who suffer any other traumatic event. Because women are much more likely to be raped than men (9% versus less than 1%), this helps explain the higher prevalence of PTSD in women than men.
  • Some 88% of men and 79% of women with PTSD also have another psychiatric disorder. Nearly half suffer from major depression, 16% from anxiety disorders, and 28% from social phobia. They also are more likely to have risky health behaviors such as alcohol abuse, which affects 52% of men with PTSD and 28% of women, while drug abuse is seen in 35% of men and 27% of women with PTSD.
  • More than half of all Vietnam veterans, about 1.7 million, have experienced symptoms of PTSD. Although 60% of war veterans with PTSD have had serious medical problems, only 6% of them have a problem due to injury in combat.
  • African Americans, when they are exposed to trauma, are more likely to develop PTSD than whites.
  • People who are exposed to the most intense trauma are the most likely to develop PTSD. The higher the degree of exposure to trauma, the more likely you are to develop PTSD. So, if something happens to you more than once or if something occurs to you over a very long period of time, the likelihood of developing PTSD is increased.
  • Sometimes, people who have heart attacks or cancer develop PTSD.
  • Refugees (eg, people who have been through war conditions in their native country or fled from conflict) may develop PTSD and often go years without treatment.
  • New mothers may develop PTSD after an unusually difficult delivery during childbirth. Also, patients who regain partial consciousness during surgery under general anesthesia may be at risk for developing PTSD.

    Traumatic Events

Post Traumatic Stress is a normal reaction to an abnormal situation or terrifying experience – your ‘being’ is shocked to the core. It interferes with your normal day-to-day life because of heightened anxiety levels.

Post Traumatic Stress release sessions are a special service for those people who are suffering the repercussions of specific events like:

    • Car accidents

    Post Traumatic Stress Release Sessions

“It just feels like there’s nothing left in there. I just feel quiet inside.

I’m seeing images of things that happened but no real emotion reacting to them. It’s so easy.

I don’t feel anything really – just peaceful and happy. Years of therapy and medication never made me feel this good.

Two 1-2 hour sessions are booked, a day apart. The release is performed during the first session, then the second is to validate client comfort after the release, for debriefing and to answer questions.

Post Traumatic Stress events are usually easy to locate in the subconscious, and therefore quick releases to complete.

The memory and emotional component of the event will be permanently neutralized after your 3-4 hour Post Traumatic Stress Release Sessions.

No need to redo anything, or for ongoing sessions for this issue. It is a one time, permanent result.

Two x 2-hour Sessions cost $250.00 in total, will completely and permanently resolve the shock of your traumatic event, and includes the Heal Your Self: A Journey to find You workbook so you may reduce your base anxiety levels, dissolve the resultant core beliefs and rebuild a wonderful new life for yourself.

According to the psychiatric community, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a type of anxiety disorder that’s triggered by a traumatic event that causes intense fear, helplessness, horror.

Most traumatic events involve brief periods of difficulty adjusting and coping, although this usually improves with time. Sometimes the symptoms get worse and last for months or years – completely disrupting your life.

    • Exposure to a traumatic event.
    • Persistent re-experience (e.g. flashbacks, nightmares).
    • Persistent avoidance of stimuli associated with the trauma (e.g. inability to talk about things even related to the experience, avoidance of things and discussions that trigger flashbacks and re-experiencing symptoms fear of losing control)
    • Persistent symptoms of increased arousal (e.g. difficulty falling or staying asleep, anger and hypervigilance)
    • Constantly on guard or alert for signs of danger, leading to difficulty sleeping and concentrating.
    • Your symptoms last longer than one month.
    • Significant impairment in everyday functioning.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Treatment

  • Anti-depressant medications help people cope with the symptoms.
  • Systematic Desensitization repeatedly exposes you to the object or situation of your fear, based on the theory that you can’t sustain constant levels of anxiety for long, and you’ll end up being calm around the source of your fear. It involves gradual encounters with the fear stimulus, first in your imagination and then in reality. You absolutely must be willing to feel your fear repeatedly, in order to become desensitized to it.
  • Cognitive Therapy (or counseling) involves talking to rationalize the fear. It aims to help you understand the cycle of negative thought patterns, and offer ways to control your thoughts and feelings of anxiety. You must be willing to endure some discomfort and make a consistent effort over a prolonged period of time.
  • Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) combines exposure therapy with a series of guided eye movements to help you process traumatic memories.

    Where Are Sessions are Held?

Sessions are held via Skype instant messaging or in our own private chatroom for your comfort and security. Janet has been doing these sessions for 9 years now, and finds the distance that a chatroom environment gives clients helps them to relax and allow the release process to flow, without the insecurity that a face to face or telephone session involves.

When dealing with personal issues, we believe that confidentiality is paramount, as you can see throughout our site. We don’t even use real names for examples or comments.

    What Happens During a Session?

“It just feels like there’s nothing left in there. I just feel quiet inside.

I’m seeing images of things that happened but no real emotion reacting to them. It’s so easy. haha

I don’t feel anything really – just peaceful and happy. Years of therapy and medication never made me feel this good.” ;)

These sessions are NOT counseling where you talk about your problems. They do not involve affirmations, tapping, Sedona or NLP.

The closest description would be that you go to a movie theater, and replay the old stored movies that have been hidden. Their contents (from a child’s perspective) will surprise you. When you have finished watching, then you simply pick up the movie reels and remove them from your movie collection.

Janet sets up the projector equipment, then provides you with the operating instructions. You are in total control the entire time.

    Is it Difficult or Emotional?

Before Release: “To face the abuse scares me. I survived it once. I don’t ever want to face it again.

After Release: I think it is gone, feels empty. That was miraculous! It is most amazing.”

The most difficult part about sessions are the fears that may come up beforehand. The memories and difficult situations you have been living are already emotional, especially as the emotions you have been feeling are those of a hurt child’s.

During the release session you are operating from your now adult self, have full control and know that you will be permanently and completely removing the emotion that does surface.
    There is purpose.

What can I Expect After A Session?

“I hugged her and told her that I loved her and that I would never let anything bad ever happen to her again.”

Responses to sessions range from dancing and jumping around in pure joy, to having the deepest and longest sleep in decades.

They are as varied as the individual person, their circumstances and the issues are.

    How Much Do Sessions Cost?

“That was amazing! I wondered what happened, but have never had memories of this before now. It was like walking back into a time warp and looking through a mirror.”

You don’t have to pay thousands of dollars for elaborate programs or weekly therapy. Just like our materials, our services are priced to make them affordable to everyone.

Unlike professional services and other personal development methods, one Greene’s Release session is all it takes to completely finish with an issue – no more having to continually revisit the same topic with expensive therapy sessions, week after week, after week.

Three private session formats are available to suit your needs -Traumatic EventsLife Issues, and Life Coaching. We also offer Specialty Services to meet the needs of the rich and famous.

The cost of our Private Sessions are reasonable – beginning at $250 for four hours of service. All private session booking fees include our Heal Your Self: A Journey to Find You workbook so you may rebuild a wonderful new life for yourself.

A non-refundable $50.00 booking fee is required. The balance is due via PayPal prior to the first session. We use PayPal for your security, and you do not need to be a member.

Should you cancel due to fears, Janet is happy to assist with this, and your deposit can be applied to a session booking for 3 months.

    Is There A Refund Policy?

“For some reason, I feel completely comfortable with you. I do believe that you have a powerful tool here that can help a lot of people.”

Prior to sessions, participant’s ability to feel is verified as this is the only circumstance in which Greene’s Release Sessions are unsuccessful.

People who have difficulty feeling may need to reawaken this ability prior to doing their release – we will provide direction.

In the event that you are still unable to feel sufficiently during a session to gain access to your subconscious mind, your payment will be immediately refunded (excluding PayPal fees).

How Do I Book a Session?

“Just wanted to say how wonderful our session was the other day, it was amazing just how everything seems to slot together.

It was like a woodcutter had come along and removed all the trees blocking my sunlight out.”

Sessions are available 7 days a week, during three separate time blocks.

    EST Florida, USA Time Zone:
    10am – 1pm
    2pm – 6pm
    8pm – 10pm

Use the (World Clock – Time Zone Converter) to convert the best day(s) and time block(s) that suit you into Florida Time.

Once your deposit is received, Janet will email you directly to provide additional information and schedule your sessions.
