Plan for 1 1/2 hrs privacy and peace, to allow 30 -60 minutes for the session and another 30 minutes after to reflect and enjoy your calm and peaceful state of mind.

What to Expect from Your Free Session
During your Session you will be guided to addresses and completely resolve one issue. Usually this is one that has been on your mind lately, is bothering you, selected as something you would like to see how effective the technique is at resolving, or involves overwhelming emotions.
Depending on how much this one specific topic is responsible for your daily life, you may:
- Experience a general sense of calm in the days after.
- Not be so annoyed with yourself because now you understand why you have been feeling the way you do, and undertaking behaviors that have been annoying you.
- Realize there are hidden reasons for your life issues, that you can uncover and resolve.
