A Gift To You
I surround you with a hug filled with love.
Use your mind to feel this gift. Close your eyes, quiet your mind and feel the warmth that surrounds you.
This is a special hug, for it surrounds your being with magical love energy. When ever you feel sad or alone you can close your eyes and feel its presence.
Close your eyes and squeeze into your awaiting hug. Feel it. Each time you do this, you will feel its love for you. The tighter you squeeze the more love flows.
Close your eyes and feel, can you feel a warmth or tingling sensation. Breathe deeply, knowing the air you breathe in is filled with pure love essence. And know, you are surrounded by love.
Give a friend your gift of a hug filled with love. You can share it as a personal hug by feeling your love intent as you hug and tell them of it. Or from a distance, by telling them of the gift you wish to give because they are special, again feeling your love intent as you do so.
Feel the warmth in your own chest grow, feel it radiate throughout you and beyond, feel the joy of connecting with a special friend. Feel the love.
If each person shared the gift of a hug filled with love each day, the world would be filled with smiles and love.

Whenever chance has it
that you think of someone, and smile,
feeling the warmth in your chest
from your own smile.
You send that smile to that person
in the form of an energy hug.
We can literally feel them, they are lovely…
So…every moment a person by chance
thinks of you, and smiles,
and feels the love that is natural,
YOU are surrounded by a beautiful hug
filled with love energy….
Enjoy the one coming your way
while I wrote this.

A Friend in a Pocket – Janet Greene
I cannot be there so you know
that you are not alone,
I cannot hug you so you know
that you are loved,
I cannot show you my smile
at your special ness,
I cannot hold your hand
so you feel supported.
I cannot share my words to comfort
whenever you are sad
But…
If you write my name on a tiny piece of paper,
and put it in your pocket beside your heart,
You will feel a friend close by and know
that you are never alone.
You can close your eyes and feel love
You can speak with your mind
and I will always answer
You can be and do anything
and know total acceptance
You can ask for help
and never be denied it.
You can hold out your hand and
you will always feel mine there waiting.
