Despite an abundance of personal growth information out there, people still come to Greene’s Release because they haven’t found the answers they seek.
While many understand personal growth principles on an intellectual level, they just don’t understand it experientially – because they don’t apply the lessons.
The biggest ideas that people have trouble applying include:
- “You create your own reality”
- “Change your thoughts and you change your life”
- “Beliefs are easy to replace”
These ideas are very common in the world of personal development world. Yet most people who believe them have never even experienced or lived them.
Why is this? How is it that the most common principles that are extensively discussed and theorized are not actually being assimilated and applied?
Let’s look at how people approach these principles – and see if we can understand why so many believe them but yet are unable to apply them to their physical, everyday lives.
When Self Help Principles Don’t Work
Most personal growth books simply intellectualize and theorize ideas until they make sense. They aim to be very logical so that people can get excited at the prospect of living their lives a certain way.
And that is the problem. Intellectual knowledge has nothing to do with physical application – they are two entirely different activities!
For instance – take learning the piano. You can learn all about the principles of scales, how to read sheet music, and the mechanics of a piano. The theory will make perfect sense to you. However, when you sit down at the piano to physically play it, you are not able to play one note from the music sheet in front of you unless you also have had the learning experience of physically playing the piano. Just because you know music notes and all about an instrument, it has no bearing on being able to actually play an instrument in real life.
Conscious Logic vs Unconscious Emotions
What’s more, while personal development concepts may seem perfectly logical and simple to grasp in your intellectual mind, the core issue has nothing to do with logic at all. It is impossible for thoughts and emotions to have any conscious logic when they arise from unconscious sources – beyond your conscious awareness.
How many times have you told yourself to be rid of thoughts like “you’re too fat” or “you can’t do it” and replace them with positive affirmations like “my body is beautiful” or “I can do anything”? Only to have the thoughts and their accompanying emotional components come straight back the next day – no matter how illogical you have concluded that they are.
If your core beliefs about life are stored along with your memories in your unconscious mind, why do people expect to be able to consciously alter these beliefs – without any access to the unconscious mind?
Repeating affirmations is a conscious process. Asking questions is a conscious process. Deciding that you want to change your beliefs is a conscious process. Analyzing and reaching conclusions regarding the validity of your thoughts and feelings is a conscious process.
Simply put, it is impossible to consciously alter the processes that are beyond your conscious awareness. Therefore, while you may spend many hours working diligently with your affirmations and mental processes – there can be no change in your core beliefs or your life experiences as a result.
Jumping in The Deep End
Here’s another problem. The self help principles that most people begin with are actually very advanced. There are many steps to take before we reach the ability to assimilate that level of understanding in a meaningful way.
I spent a long time working on my beliefs and emotional releases before the concept of creating and consciousness naturally surfaced. It took me four years to reach the point of being ready to look into them.
What is reality? What is creating? What are the processes involved in each? What is my part in life? Is life created for me or do I have the power to intervene? These are all deep topics that can only be truly understood via gradual experience – there are no logical words that can accurately convey their meaning.
What is Conscious Awareness?
And that leads to the question: what is conscious awareness? Is it something that you can just snap your fingers and get, or read and theorize until it makes sense in your logical mind, then automatically be able to live it?
Conscious living is about coming out of the fog and helpless view of life to be completely aware that you are in control of what you want, where you are headed, and what you have to do to get there. This awareness, or knowing that you feel deep inside, builds gradually, step-by-step, as you physically experience the components that lead up to it.
When living consciously, you view life in an entirely different way because you are consciously aware of how you actively create your reality. You know the relationship between physical experiences and the non-physical components that are involved in their creation.
When you combine conscious awareness with the ability to access and dissolve unconsciously stored memories and core beliefs, life becomes a journey to experience the natural inspirations that have replaced your negative mind chatter.
Because you are aware of these relationships, you are able to notice any uncomfortable thought, feeling or experience and make a snap decision whether you want to keep it. With the Greene’s Release Technique, you can instantly dissolve its base cause in your unconscious mind, automatically going on to live its opposite experience. You literally create your life on the fly.
You are in control of your reality and destiny; knowing from the deepest part of you that you deserve, are safe, are loved, that events are not determined by anything outside of you, and that you can live your dreams. All your actions are in your best interests, and it becomes very difficult to accept anything unpleasant or that which does not make you smile from the inside out.
Your life and physical experiences are no longer theory, but instead are your internal and external experience. When you live this way, you naturally know just what to do, and you naturally create happiness and inner peace for yourself. Living consciously is living spontaneously!
Living Consciously
There is only one way to live consciously. Unfortunately, I can’t provide you with on-the-spot challenges here, because changing just one tiny aspect of your life, amid the entire spectrum, is pointless…
Why would you choose wealth over health? Or security over peace of mind? Your life is a theme – and therefore you can’t divide it up into individual parts and then expect one small change to alter your whole life experience.
However – and here’s the kicker – it is much easier to reach this level of conscious living than it is to intellectualize personal development principles. But it does require a decision.
You have to want to do it and then decide to do it.
Once you make this choice, you’ll find that learning through experience is very different to what you imagined. It requires you to put aside your constant need to analyze everything – and just experience the process.
Instead of fueling your adrenaline with in-depth intellectual investigation of new ideas and concepts, you will be asked to stop and feel. Listen to what it makes you think, and watch as your awareness opens to a completely new perspective of life and living.
You will go through a series of activities that each awaken one aspect of your conscious awareness – your true self. As each piece of knowing slots together, you will be able to freely step back and view life and all it encompasses from the bigger picture. You will know and experience your own nature of reality, where you have come from, what comprises your life force, and the meaning of your life. You will naturally bring that knowing right back into your physical everyday reality, as you live the spiritual existence in the physical world.
Of course, I am talking about Greene’s Release. I truly believe that you’re going to get real, whole life results and knowing if you use Greene’s Release.
Greene’s Release gives you the tools to experientially explore any personal development or new age principle – even the Seth Materials – and resolve any life issue by becoming the director of your whole life experience.
